Camille's big girl bed

Last Friday Izak set up Camille's big girl bed. (It's really my sister's old bed that matches my old bed that is currently Bea's bed.) He searched Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond for rails on Saturday but found nothing. Sunday we went to Wal*Mart and had better luck. So last night was Millie's first night in her big girl bed. It was a very difficult evening. First she was laying in Bea's bed. Then in her bed. Then Bea wanted to switch beds, then she changed her mind and switched back.Then they were laying together again, this is how I found them by the time I got out of the shower and went to relieve Izak. At first I started out in bed with Camille, but she flops around so much just trying to get comfortable that I knew I wouldn't be able to stay in bed with her and sleep somewhat comfortably myself, or be able to get away if she ended up sleeping right on top of me. So I went to sleep with Beatrice in her bed. I tried to stay awake, hoping they would fall asleep soon, but they didn't. I ended up falling asleep and waking up around 11 or so with my hands and arms numb - not sure why. I was worried about Camille falling out of bed and I prayed that if she did fall out that she wouldn't break her neck or anything fatal. I went to my bed, later around 3 am I heard Beatrice talking and I went to check on her. She seemed like she was still asleep but as soon as I left the doorway she called out for me. So I went and got her and brought her into my bed. Camille seemed to sleep fine in her new big bed. Although this morning she was trying to get out and I think she must have been a little drowsy and lost her footing and she must have fallen a little. She was crying and when I ran into the room she was just on her hands and knees. Poor thing!! I'm hoping tonight will be easier on all of us.
