Over the weekend Beatrice, my Dad and I drove to Parker to put up the memorial for my grandparents and uncle that rest on this little hill in the middle of no where. We had put one up before but some punks had knocked it down. So my Dad enlisted the help of his friend, Ron to come up with something that couldn't be destroyed. And this is what he came up with.

That is a really nice sentiment & great that Bea got to be apart of it.
The fundamentals of desert driving? Shouldn't she have a beer in her hand then? :)
The cross looks cool - did Ron make that? Sad I couldn't come along.. believe it or not, the desert sounds like more fun than Florida :)
p.s., my "word verification" below is "tater cou" weird.
Yes, that is true Bea should have a beer in her hand... lol.
And yes, Ron did make it. It's neat because it has our name on it the way Dad signs his paintings. It was hard to get a good picture of it when I was holding on to Bea with one hand because I didn't want her to roll down the hill or fall in to some cactus. Georgia said she got a picture of it though...
