The Nutcracker

Over the weekend I took Bea to see The Nutcracker. I was kind of disappointed. I didn't realize it was a local dance troupe. To be honest it wasn't very good. But it WAS local so maybe that was to be expected. I just wish I would have done my homework more before buying tickets. They weren't cheap. I got us good seats, third row, sort of middle... Oh well. Next time I'll know. Bea's favorite part was when the uncle turned Clara's ballerina doll into a full size doll. Bea was talking to Izak about the show later that day and she told him her favorite part and then said: 'Man that show was BOR-RING!' Izak and I both started laughing. Maybe when Camille is older we can make a trip up to San Francisco and see the San Francisco ballet's Nutcracker. I hope they'll like that one better.
