Groceries

As soon as grocery stores get online or someone comes up with some sort of delivery service I'll be all over that! This week Izak and I have both been lazy and we haven't gone to the store. It all started with my lunch meat. I was out of it Sunday night. But I certainly didn't want to go to the store and I didn't want to ask Izak to go so I made my back up lunch. Egg salad (thanks to Lola.) I also noticed that I was running low on milk and cereal, but I figured I could make it last. So, I had egg salad for two days, somehow managed to sneak away and get fast food (ick) on Wednesday, thought ahead and grabbed some sandwiches at Togos while out with friends for Thursday's lunch... but Friday? Yeah, I'm trying to bum a lunch off my boss. The milk held out all week but this morning I was out of cereal. :( So I had to eat oatmeal... I had planned to go to the store during the week but either Bea was fussy or I was tired. So what's a girl to do?? Get online service!!! But when!? WHEN!?! And all this makes me think of all those super moms like my prima and friend Dez who MAKE their kid's baby food. How do they find the time!? I can barely get dinner on the table! And when I do get dinner on the table it's just the 'meat' of it. No veggies, no side dishes... Someone help me get organized and motivated! :) Anyways... here are some sweet pictures of Bea to leave you with a smile on your face.

(Not sure how these pictures will turn out, I took them on my phone.)

Are you kidding? I barely have enough time to make his food, let alone make something for us! Seriously Gerber is looking very tempting right now. As for groceries, well we don't have any. I had a piece of toast for breakfast and that is all that is in the house-bread. BTW, love egg salad sandwhiches and the last pic of baby Bea-so sweet!

haha so funny! Yeah I don't make dinner very often. Or I make something that lasts for a couple of lunches and dinners. The making baby food isn't so bad. With veggies, I just buy frozen and steam it...then blend and put into the silicone mini muffin tray. Fruit is more difficult. BUT you can buy the applesauce! :) Mott's has Natural Applesauce which is good. Easiest fruits are peaches and apricots. Greg and I always go to the store together on Sundays :) Madison loves to people watch! Maybe make time to do the store thing together? It's always more fun to have a partner :)

I'm pretty sure there is a grocery delivery service - it just costs a crap load of money. Grandma (aka "G") will watch Bebe for you while you shop. Or better yet - have G watch Bebe, you sleep, Izak can shop.
