Well that was crap...

This morning I didn't exactly get out of the house on time. I wasn't too far off but I wasn't on time. I don't know if that messed me up or if it was just the fact that the elementary school next to Green House is in session and it wasn't in session during the summer! Duh. So my morning commute was off. I'm gonna say due to them. :/ I'm not sure if getting there earlier will help or not, but I'll try it. I guess my other option would be going a bit later? And getting out of work a bit later? We'll see. It was Bea's first day of school and she's in a new classroom. I showed her where her classroom was and where I was putting her lunch box. then we went in (to another classroom) and met her teachers. I hope she likes them! She already knew one other girl in her class. Hopefully she'll know more. I plan on picking her up earlier today and going shopping for her new ballet slippers. I can't wait to hear about her first day! Her first day of not being a 'rester!' Previously we didn't have the choice, she was going in as a napper because that's all they had room for. She had to eat her lunch inside and then nap or 'rest' as they say. But now I had the choice and I knew she didn't want to be a 'rester.' Who would want to stay inside when you can see all the other kids running and having fun outside? So she'll get to eat her lunch outside and then play! Anyways I really hope she has a good day and that she won't give me any grief about going to Green House anymore - wishful thinking huh?
