Wendy

Beatrice said she wanted to be Wendy for Halloween. So that's my challenge. I found this super cute Wendy costume on etsy.com but it's like $50! (Not including shipping.) I just feel that's super pricey for something I can't even see and feel in person. I guess I could return it if I didn't like it.




I found this dress (below) on oldnavy.com. It could be a Wendy dress couldn't it?? It's on sale for $10.00! I figured why not try it! I'll see if it's possible to remove the rosettes and add a thick satin ribbon right under the rouching (sp?). Do Bea's hair the way Wendy wears it and add a satin ribbon to her hair and voila! Right? It could work! So it might not be as long as the real Wendy's but it will look pretty close... (Have I convinced you or myself yet??) :)As soon as I get this dress and work my magic I will post pictures... fingers crossed that it looks passable and Beatrice loves it!!
